This policy explains what information CreateOne, a Resonance company (“CreateOne”, “we”), collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only. Data you share with us in a pilot or as a customer is governed by our mutual NDA and the agreement we sign with you.
What we collect
Information you give us when you fill in a form: your name, business email, company, company type, country, company size, the systems you use, the decision you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the site running and secure.
Your language choice (English or Spanish), which is stored only in your own browser so the site remembers it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your request, scope a pilot, answer a security questionnaire or respond to a press enquiry.
To understand which parts of the website are useful and to keep it secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the website and handle requests, such as our hosting provider and the tool we use to store form submissions (currently Airtable). They process information only on our instructions.
Authorities, if we are required to by law.
A buyer or successor, if CreateOne is involved in a merger or acquisition, under the same protections.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or US state privacy laws, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
