About

Eight years learning how money moves through an apparel floor.

We ran our own apparel factory for 8 years and measured every garment. That became the model. CreateOne is a Resonance company.

CreateOne Factory Lab · Santiago, Dominican Republic · 2017–2025

We deliberately chose the hardest case in apparel.

Maximum variety, minimum run length, 95% made to order. Extreme product variety taught CreateOne to compute complexity rather than average it away. The factory no longer operates; it is our origin, not our current capacity.

Why now

Three things changed at once. Together they make a computable factory possible.

Collecting the data got cheap. Most of what a factory ruled out collecting ten years ago now costs little: ERP exports, production postings, machine data, a shared folder of spreadsheets. The industry made its decisions about data when collection was expensive, and never asked again. "We could not get that data" is a dated conclusion.
Asking got easy. Trusting the answer did not.Language models let anyone on the floor ask the business a question in plain words. On their own they produce a plausible answer that can change every time. A deterministic engine underneath, with lineage to the source file, is what makes the answer safe to act on. That combination did not exist five years ago.
Programs are moving.Tariffs and nearshoring are moving apparel programs between countries. The factories that win them will not have the lowest wage. They will know their cost per minute, re-price a style in minutes when duty changes, and staff the peak without a hiring sprint.
How it compounds

Each factory owns its model. The links between them are where the industry changes.

ONE FACTORY
A computable model of its own economics, calibrated to its floor, starting from eight years of apparel training instead of from zero.
PRIVATE LINKS
Brands connect to the factories that serve them. Each side controls what it shares. Nobody counts the other's money.
A CONNECTED SUPPLY CHAIN
Shared order economics across factory and brand: shorter lead times, earlier demand signals, less waste. Connected, and each side still in control of its data.

A Resonance company.

ONE is Resonance’s core technology: it takes an industry’s fragmented reality, resolves it into a single trustworthy model, and runs intelligence and agents directly against that model. CreateOne is the first operating company built on it, starting with apparel.

See your own factory as one model.
